Greg was wonderful to work with! He answered our questions, worked with our schedule, and was very responsive as we worked through the process. He has fantastic professional photographer who accurately and beautifully represented our home. The end results were.. in 48 hours we had nearly two dozen showings and had multiple offers... from list to close was 29 days because Greg also vetted the buyer to make sure there was backing behind the offer and then worked with us all the way to make there were no hiccups. From "coming soon" through closing the end-to-end realtor services Greg provides is the best.

We chose Greg Koch as our seller realtor for a number of reasons, his honesty and directness stood out for us. After selecting Greg, we found his availability and great communication throughout the process to be outstanding. We knew we could reach out with questions at any time and Greg was always there. Greg was very helpful with suggestions for prepping the house to make it more appealing in today's market. Every suggestion made sense and we believe was a critical part for why our house sold so quickly to the second offer. We hired Greg as both our buying and selling agent. When buying a house, he took us to more houses than I can remember to count. He was super patient and always helpful with providing his opinions and suggestions for us. Following the inspection, he helped get quotes for us for some of the repairs that would be needed. When he became our selling agent, I questioned the price he wanted to post my house at because I thought it was too high and we sold it to the second person that walked in the door. He earned his commission!

Mr. Koch was recommended to me through my wife. I knew I trusted her judgement of gentlemen for good reason (audible laugh). As our realtor, Greg demonstrated a very expansive knowledge of the entire buying process. There was never a procedural question I asked that he did not have an answer for. When it came to phone calls and correspondence, he was fast to respond to all of my calls and messages, most within minutes. He was one of the friendliest, most pleasant professionals I have ever dealt with. I feel he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we got into the home we picked. He was on top of the lender to make sure that if everything wasn't running smoothly, we had ample time to remedy issues. Outside of the purchase of our new home, he was an invaluable source of guidance for renting out our previous home. From lease agreements, to what to look for when doing background checks, risk factors to take into account, etc, etc. Let's not kid ourselves; buying a home is a tedious, stressful endeavor. Especially with an eight-month pregnant wife. However, Greg took all of that complication in stride and made the process as easy as it could be. For that, he has my thanks. For that, you should consider him next time you buy a home.

Greg made this process so easy for us. We are first-time homebuyers and the process was incredibly smooth. Greg was available and and friendly from the start. He quickly discerned what we were looking for and set up multiple well-planned viewings. He took a real interest in helping us find our best place and pointed out the pros and cons of each location we visited. During the whole process, Greg was laid back and went at our pace. He was never pushy. He was also a great communicator and shared his wealth of information with us on home buying as well as the best areas to look for a home. We are so grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone.
